Sapitwa- "Do Not Go There"

Sapitwa is a Chichewa word for "do not go there." It is also the name of the tallest peak on Mulanje Mountain in Malawi. Sapitwa may be the third tallest mountain in Africa- I'm not sure- I know it is the longest and steepest I've ever walked downhill and my knees can tell you if you want to speak with them sometime.

First lunch on peak day- Beans and cheese sandwich. I projectile vomited later that night from the railing right behind me- bad water.

I broke my point and click camera and I'm thinking of opening it up to fix it

Great book and great view- what more can one ask for- maybe putting the knowledge into practice.



Swam everyday in the lake and about to have a fish bbq.
